We welcome you to the website of Karnataka Northern Diocese, Church of South India. Church of South India is the largest church in the Southern part of India. It has its presence in the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala which are situated in the southern part of this great country and in the northern Sri Lankan state of Jaffna. Karnataka Northern Diocese is one of the 22 Dioceses of Church of South India. It exists in ten revenue districts of North Karnataka and in some parts of Andhra Pradesh. It is predominantly a Diocese of rural setting. The specific goal of the diocese is to reach out mainly to the rural people and also to the urban population with the good news of our Lord and Savior.
